Our Mission

Since it’s beginning in 1988, Designer Sound has worked hard to gain a reputation in a competitive market, for a personal and special connection with its customers. From modest beginnings, with only a handful of clients, we at DSS understood the importance of establishing a relationship of trust and dependable service.  
 
Gradually growing in size and sophistication, DSS made an important decision to commit to rapid, professional and excellent service no matter what the size or complexity of the job. We are currently working on large complex IP  camera surveillance systems and UL Certified fire alarm systems, and have maintained our principle guiding philosophy of respecting and valuing every customer equally.

Many of our original customers are still with us after over 20 years, and they know that we have grown, evolved and prospered in the security industry. They are completely confident that if they call our office for service on their alarm system, their request will receive the same immediate response we have always sought to provide.

We at DSS are proud that in the midst of our most busy and successful two year period, we are still holding fast to the policy of giving the best possible service to our valued client base, large medium or small. We continue to keep up with the latest technological developments in the electronic security industry, attending meetings, seminars and conferences designed to train and refresh our technical staff  to be current and intelligent in their work.
